Locate the driver, fine him/her heavily and mandate that they do a safety class and reapply for a driver's license.

These are the same people that blow through stop signs and red light as well as blow their horns behind people that do come to complete stops. I have it happen to me all the time.

What if those were his children and another truck or semi would've gone through the stop sign blasting through and hurt or kill the children you wouldn't wanna receive a phone call saying your children got hurt inban accident or got killed by a truck or semi blasting through the stop sign
