At my middle school and high school we were allowed to take perfume and hand cream… we were also allowed to take hair straighteners if you were going to be doing something during school or after school that is school related like for picture day people would take their straighteners and make up and would get ready during class, after finishing their work of course. Also we have a a video production class (media tech) where there is another room where we shoot videos in that room there’s 2 other rooms one of them has 2 small dressing rooms and stores prop clothes and another room where we can do our hair and make up… but only students who had the class or knew the teacher could use it😅 The reason we were allowed to take perfume is because some of use had band, p.e., or a sports class that would make us sweat and didn't want to smell for the rest of the day… Like I had band and during marching season we had morning rehearsals an hour before school started, while I had band 1st period ( because I was in the performing group) others had it 2nd or 3rd period so they would use perfume to smell good after morning rehearsals... I would use my perfume after 1st period…

Well I cant say abt another countries but in India we generally dont bring Perfumes and straighteners ( hardly a lip balm in cold season) and ofc we live on earth🙃........... Maybe bcuz Indian school starts quite early in the morning which led to no time for makeup and stuffs . + there is no profit of applying makeup bcuz all of it will be removed by sweat during basketball and you wont get enough time to redo it . + their is no park jimin in our school to impress just some annoying shits 😩
