Thanks for the informative video. Question I have is how do you start a flooded blower? As an aside, there’s no indication on the blower in terms of On-off for the choking. so if the lever is all the way up to choke on and it’s all the way down is the choke off or vice versa? a few options that did not work and I also have let it sit for about a half an hour before trying to restart. Thanks for any info you can give.

I had the same problem with the tubes, all you need to do is put a little pressure on the screw when trying to tighten it. Once you get the thread started it will tighten just fine.

Mine has never flooded, so I don't have a technique for that. Is it cranking at all?

It's a great blower. Right now, I'm getting ready to change out the gas tank because I think the gas ate through the intake and return hoses. It was covered under warranty. I will be posting a video of the replacement.

chances are you have the tubes backwards. i did, then realized it and did a 180 degree turn of the one i was attaching, they then lined up and the screws worked fine.

Well done review. To the point no bullshit. This machine actually s p ecs better then the Stihl 800 series for half the price and double the warranty period. I currently run the 800s professionally and have had some issues so I am going to give this a shot.

It is equal to the 700 series but falls a bit short against the 800s. I like it a lot but it's just not quite as beefy as the 800s. Plus it's a bit hard to pull over cause it's got really tight compression. Generally takes four to eight pulls if cold. Now that they have raised the price on the Schroeder, I am thinking I might go back to another Stihl 800 with the side start option. Like the Schroeder but for the new price I think the Stihl is a better investment as I move a lot of leaves commercially.

I really like this blower so far. It's about brand loyalty I guess. Echo's are great and last, but for $10, go with your gut.

@@johne3999 Hello, I went with the Echo PB-9010HT. It's been great so far, so much power. It definitely has saved me a lot of time. Still getting used to the hip throttle though, but its not bad at all.
