I wish there were more people like you out there willing to help others in need because no matter who you are, sometimes everyone needs a helping hand now and then. I appreciate you taking the time to make the video. It helped me make an informed decision buying a jumpstart/charging unit for my fiancés car. Just as you mentioned in the video you don’t want a loved one being alone in an stressful environment, likely already anxious and then having to ask a stranger for a jump start on top of that Is not at all what I want her to have to do.

Love the heck out of mine. Pumps up Tahoe tires, jump started at least 30 vehicles in the Winter, charged phones, and even used it to recharge batteries for flashlights during camping....NEVER leave home without it !!!

I have had mine for over two years now and it is one of the best investments I've made. I agree the air pump is slow for auto tires but works well for kiddie pools blow up Xmas decorations outside and bicycle and wagon tires. I mainly use this for my ham/cb radios. I never let it get below 12.4 volts which keeps the cycling of the battery at peak levels (depth of discharge). Also what's great about this unit is that you can recharge it by AC outlet or from your auto thru the cigarette lighter......AND it can also be charged by solar which is what I mostly do. It also does a great job charging up my portable radio and phones as well as laptop. I also bought mine from Wal-Mart to make sure I could return it if need be. When the battery's life cycle comes to an end it can be replaced. I also purchased the Schumacher Storm 700 which is awesome and a great value compared to other units.

@Coyote Clan White Knife Band BULLSHIT truly BS this thing is a beast. The air compressor works perfect and is accurate. Ive pumped up all 4 tires and it took very little charge. It has jump started every single car and truck I've used it on, even completely dead cars. My alternator went out once and the battery had been completely drained, so I connected this box to the battery and strapped the hood down on top of it and this box powered my truck all the way home over 25 miles on surface streets, BY ITSELF!!

@EverymanGear3 жыл бұрын
Honestly, I can’t say is that I have tested it to see how long it will last. I would guess with a small nightlight or a very low watt LED, it could last a while. When power goes out at my home… Which happens often, I usually use this unit to plug in an LED lamp next to my bed. I don’t keep it on all the time but it usually lasts me throughout the evening if I need to turn it on for a few to see, or for that period of time when I’m getting ready for bed etc. etc. I also plug my phone into it throughout the night

Sorta....it's a recommendation from the manufacturer to ensure the battery is fully charged before it's first use, however...it's yours now. Deborah Padgett Where is the fuse on this ? I have the SJ1289 model from Wallmart and it looks basically the same as SJ1. Do you know of a link that has expanded blue prints for total break down ? Have you bought good replacement batteries on Amazon, if so can you give me a link to that too ? I went to charge mine after many months of not charging and the led lights that rotate in a clockwise pattern during charging seems faulty. The top 2 lights are the only 2 that light up, one after the other, wash rinse and repeat. It never completes a full rotation, even after 12 hours. So I think it's the battery and was going to order one off Amazon but want to check more simple possibilities first. Again where is the fuse ? I appreciate your time spent in responding. Thanks Best Regards

@@Soli_Deo_Gloria_. ok, you'll need to take it apart. Unscrew the outer shell. Look towards the back of the dash lights,( for lack of a better description) you'll see two green fuses.
