Tour Benni Frowein's Art-Filled London Home

Benni Frowein, Schumacher's European CEO, takes us inside his gallery-worthy flat in London’s Chelsea neighborhood. The German native shares his clever tricks for expertly using textiles throughout the home (think: large-scale geometric wallpaper panels on the walls and floor of his kitchen), his design philosophy, and the last thing he does before a room is finished.

It's seldom that I see a contemporary space and think that it is truly made by the curtains, but this is one! They are truly beautiful and add weight and warmth and interest without making the rooms feel fussy or closed in. Such an interesting appartment. Thank you.

Wooooooowwww!! 😮 just wow This house is so unique every piece from the carpet to furniture to the drapes has art in them but they actually work together even if they have different patterns or textures and thats hard to do. Idk how did he do this but that’s talent. Is not overwhelming by the eyes 👀 but it a relaxing cozy space at the same time.

The art over the bed is fabulous, very nice gift from his parents. Everything in this apartment is modern yet warm. I can see why he's achieved the position of CEO. I'm in Chicago, the city of modern architecture; I've seen many modern styled apartments & eclectic apartments but this may be one of the best living spaces I've seen.
