At long last (and sorry for the delay haha) H2O International 2019!
Like every year, I love going down to this event so I can of course shoot it, but to also see close friends and people I only get to see once or twice a year. I tried to capture more of the H2O vibe this year (apart from the rowdiness) with the people I was around to try and depict how great of a weekend this event truly is.
I'll be honest, I am not sure what is going to happen with next years video, and here is why. Year after year there are more and more videographers coming, and putting out H2O videos (tons). While I love and appreciate you guys watching mine (more than you'll ever know). I never really get to relax and experience the event for myself and with friends. Every single year I run (literally) and drive up and down the strip 24/7 the entire week. Filming the entirety of the event by myself. It is insanely exhausting and stressful as you guys can imagine. Even though I love it, it definitely takes a toll. Since there are so many videos put out from this event each year, I was thinking of taking next year "off". And by "off" I mean just walking around handheld with a camera every once in a while and grabbing a few clips here and there to create something super short. This is still up in the air for me and will take a little while for me to decide, but it is definitely a possibility. If I do end up making a video next year, it is going to be COMPLETELY different footage and creativity wise.
Anyways, end rant. I truly hope you guys enjoy this years video, and can't wait to see you all next year!!!!

Bro you put out some of the best edited content ive seen on this site hands down. Your 20+ minute event videos are mental. While i hella enjoy them they dont need to be that long. Take next year off my guy or just do a day or two of filming and make a nice shorter video or like you said, do something completely different, im all for it. Your quality is what sets you apart from the tirades of other videographers, quality over quantity in its purest form and your entire channel bleeds this. Short and sweet showcase videos with amazingly smooth editing. For me personally, no matter what you end up doing i'll enjoy it. Peace~

Shoot the videos for yourself. I mean it will be your memories of the event, so capture the moment you enjoy and don't be stressed about what other people like to see, when its not a payed job the main goal is to have fun and enjoy quality time with friends. That's how I shoot my videos and then you know it's worth the work because you can come back in 10 years and recap that moments.

Great video guys, I live outside the area and have been attending OC H20 since it was water cooled VWs 1998/2000s. This event has grown to a huge car meet for all to enjoy. This film focused a lot on the cars and the Good Vibes, wasn't full of the banana suit chaos which I think is fun at times but gets a bit out of hand. Great work to you and your team.
