Honestly? That second story is the most plausible (and even LIKELY) result I have seen from one of these:D Give humans VR capability and essentially lagless communication? Yeah, games are going to be EVERYWHERE!

If this VR is possible then surely you can make an AI to take over all species with FTLC, and from there slowly take their galaxies.

How long would a body disintegrate in deep space. I mean. Solar winds strip away atmospheres and stuff, and the ionizing radiation on mars would destroy dna and organic molecules. But the is a huge push if solar wind from the galaxy, our probe slowed down... maybe another reason it slowed down, like simply because its an equilibrium spot or the feild is intense there. and it might be more powerful, and maybe, other kinds that cant come from our types of star and blocked by its geo magnetic esc field.
