Hello Maria. Thanks for your comment. My advice is to not ignore your scoliosis. Depending on your age it can progress quickly. I would look for a corrective care chiropractor or another practitioner who does structural rehabilitation and gives you a proper work up.

I've been having surgeries, procedures, lysis, transforamenals, PT, pain killers, creams, sprays, pills, exercises, etc for years with no pain relief for very painful sciatica of the lower leg along with vertigo to go with it. I can't stand up or walk for more than a couple of minutes. My health is deteriorating because of this. The doctors gave me MRIs, nerve tests etc. and said that my spine was in such bad shape, there would never be a recovery. All I could get is more surgeries and more shots that only work for a few days. Now the surgeries are negatively affecting my heart.
