Bon cette fois je balance mon coup de gueule si jamais quelqu’un de chez lidl France lit ces mots : Il se passe plusieurs semaines sans outils et quand il y en a c'est toujours les mêmes ! Allez encore la scie sauteuse... On attend désespérément certains outils comme la boulonneuse à choc sur batterie PASSK 20 LI ou le limiteur de pression PDST 10 A1. Le gars qui sélectionne les outils chez lidl France, il fait quoi ??? Je donne un exemple, la vente du 9 septembre 2019 avec en outils pneumatiques : le pistolet de sablage, la ponceuse orbitale, la meuleuse, la tronçonneuse et j'en passe, et tout ça avec un compresseur 24 litres ! Il faut un 200 litres minimum avec ces outils là ! Enfin ! C'est pas sérieux ça ! Je vais pas tarder à aller voir chez tacklife que j'ai découvert sur cette chaine ! D'ailleurs je trouve ça vraiment cool de leur part de t’envoyer des produits à tester, ils ont compris eux au moins ! Et en passant ta chaine, toujours au top, l'est de plus en plus encore !!! Continue comme ça ! A+

merci! oui c'est un gros défaut LIDL ils corrigent en permanence leur produit, j'aimerai des produits finaux des la première version :( (c'est exceptionnel les produits qui restent en version A1, il y en a pas beaucoup : p) (à noter je préfère les version A1 avec les batteries samsung et de capacité plus grosse :p ) mais bon c'est vouer a être mort, car les batteries seront introuvable à terme :( (alors que les X20VTEAM se trouveront plus facilement) merci ++

Coucou Mr benchmark, pour ma part et contrairement à vous, j'ai bien mouillé en voyant la scie sabre en action. Certaines filles montent un grand jouet en silicone dessus pour s'amuser pendant des heures avec. Vous pourriez créer un joli cadeau de Noël homemade pour Mme Columbo ! Avec tout ça, il va falloir creuser un peu plus le sujet pour en parler dans votre thèse en benchmarking. Hahaha

Franchement pas fan des batteries déchargées à l'achat normalement le stockage se fait à mi charge la le risque c'est que les cellules ne soit plus synchronisée entrent elles et à la charge la batterie peut prendre feu cela arrive régulièrement en modélisme avec les batteries lithium

toutes les grosses professionnelles font cela, (exemple il y a quelques jours une batterie dewalt j'ai regardé, elle était déchargée à l'achat) acheter chargé ce n'est grave, le problème c'est que LIDL parfois te vent les produits avec 6 mois à 2 ans après, et la c'est très mauvais d'acheter un produit avec une batterie qui a été stock chargée pendant de longue période++

I love your detailed analysis and would love to see a followup video on these two tools after years of use, specifically telling us if we should choose to stay with Parkside Performance moving into 2023 🙏 Sorry in advance for the long details below, and for the English, as my French isn't good enough 🥴 Please bear with me though, because I think your channel is big enough to reach Lidl, and I'm realising more and more that marketing is broadening and corporations now have antennas where they didn't used to. So I'm writing as if Parkside is paying attention 🥸 Bon. Mon avis: We are dealing with the following realities: - That compared to 10-15 years ago, tool distributers like LIDL/Parkside are now more freely accessing new technology via their tool manufacturers, that allows them to build more durable and higher performing products (eg. cheaper acquistition & development of ever-more ubiquitous brushless motors; ageing 18650 & more common 21700 cells whose prices are being driven down by cross-sector demand; more customer-familiar bluetooth comms & proliferation of app coding tech (merci Bosch & Dewalt!); cheaper & more reliable wiring practices (cheers M12 Surge for setting the precedent!), greater efficiency in circuitry,; more widespread acceptance of cintering proccesses to replace milled parts, normalisation of PA6 parts manufacturing: all of this bringing down cost of design & manufacture and making it possible for Parkside to produce machines that rival Bosch etc for a fraction of their sale price (literally a third to a FIFTH of a similar specifcation & stated performance of a pro brand model, whether 20v, 12v, battery, tool or otherwise - unbelievable), and Parkside is seemingly always gaining ground on new product innovations across the board, much much quicker than the cheaper variants of the pro classics from SBD, TTI etc (do you expect to see an 8ah 21700cell BT battery on your Black & Decker drill this year?); - PARKSIDE (& Parkside Performance) is getting more mature and better known as a reliable product, and thus can start to rely on brand reputation to increase profit margins, giving them the opportunity to let their quality standards drop, while still maintaining a profit advantage, and unfortunately still a competitve quality advantage over their (pricepoint) rivals like Bosch Green, Aldi's Ferrex, Action's FERM, Carrefour tools (😦), Worx, or whatever this week's brand on Aliexpress is called. They can now afford to produce a tool with good specifications, attractive aesthetics, bells, whistles and onboard accessories, while knowing the brand has enough trust behind it that people will believe it's worth it. This positive reputation they've built also allows them to push out attractive medicrity, knowing that people assume the value for money is intact (which is a great, but perilous position for any profitable business. LIDL: please take note; and know that we're just as vigilant of the quality of your motors and the durability of your switches as we are of the attractiveness of your flash deals - yours truly, a loyal customer😊) - I feel that power tool buyers are now more informed of their purchase beforehand by internet (price), apps (competion availability) and social media (usefulness and performance); they're perhaps somewhat less affected by brand loyalty now due to the changing nature of the industry and how brands have been seen to rise & fall in prestige and avaibability (goodbye Porter Cable, hello Kobalt); and will choose a product based on its declared features (eg. choosing a new model with a brushless motor, even if finally the new model performs worse than an older one with a quality brushed motor), allowing Parkside to further cut corners by overselling their newer, more cheaply made products that are more attractive (looking at you, PBSPA 12 C3 drill and PWSAP ,20Li grinder - honestly very difficult to justify why you're worth more than the old reliable green versions) ; - Power tool businesses tend to consider that consumers' expected service life of tools is becoming less and less over time, time-linearly & generally by consumer habits, so durability is so much less of a priority nowadays, regardless of warranty claims ( NB: this affecting Parkside, Ferrex and Ferm much more than Hilti, Flex and Makita: product agility is paramount for mass market goods that involve electronics, and the ratio of units sold vs after sales costs is much less of a pertinent factor for a supermarket chain than to a dedicated tool producer. This by orders of magnitude! Easily! ). For Parkside Performance to move into a greater market share of the market, the above presents a barrier that the management of Parkside tools would have to sell to Lidl management if they wanted to step up and increase their market share to the higher ends of the market. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes as it goes against the grain of the thinking of corporate goodsmovers, but I think the big brass would definitely consider the investment of having the PP brand take a foothold with the pros, and recognise the value of that to the bottom line of their lower priced SKUs that shift huge numbers. Power tools are a bit of an anomaly: comapnies offer kits & deals that are loss-leaders; a drill-driver can easily have an average consumer locked in for their prosperous life due to the immobility of moving laterallly across battery platforms. If Parkside Performance made the right moves, the typical couple who get a tool for christmas will soon realise that they're better off sticking with x20v and expanding/upgrading to the higher peerforming tools than jumping ship to M18 or OnePlus HP or flexvolt atomic or whatever. But the onus is on Parkside to instill the confidence in the markertplace for that, by not debasing the range with shoddy knockoffs or releasing a C3 model of a tool just to update their catalogue because the trusted B2 was marginally more expensive to manufacture. Personally, I find that it speaks volumes, the fact that parkside has a 5 year warranty on some models. Not everyone will notice that but in periods of economic stagflation, it speaks volumes to both your local handyman, your KZbin tool review prowler and your bored housebound Porsche SUV webshop subscribee equally, and that's a win on all accounts. - Recent logistic constraints, such as COVID19's effect on production/distribution, and Ukraine fallout, mean that purchasing power and consumer confidence is now much lower than before in Europe. Thus the market share of budget tools is likely to grow faster than Pro grade ones relatively, with the middle ground prosumer market taking the biggest hit. I think this disincentivises Lidl from trying to push upwards in the market in the medium term to establish themselves as a go-to brand there. Parkside Performance will probably never reach the point of weekly rental contracts or tool trucks like Hilti, Bosch, Flex: but despite all this the middle market is still there, and less overcrowded in Europe compared to the US. Lidl's direct sales model would sidestep the woes that have precluded AEG, Stanley Fatmax, Bosch Green etc from completely dominating this "goldilocks" zone of the market - by not having to deal with endless chains of DIY stores: LIDL could invest heavily in installing webshops to cover all of northwestern Europe, France, Ireland etc; make their power tools trade servicable (not a huge ask as the performance is already there, albeit not with all P Performance tools). The PP brand is young and relatively untarnished, and could easily take advantage of the available routes to market and competitive pricing advantage to secure a major foothold in the segment. Or continue to cut corners, keep prices close to the standard green lline and make the "performance" label and their slick black-finished beauties another transparent sales gimmick and pennycentric re-branding, à la the new Craftsman RP. For me, Parkside seems to occupy a very unique position right now: of having tools that have incrediblly high specs, at unbelievable prices, that make the alternatives laughable; sometimes susceptible to poor QC and corner-cutting design decisions that affect both brand perception (will I get my money's worth?) and brand trust (did I get unlucky and end up with a wobbly piece of Friday afternoon sh3t?) but that definitely garner interest. The first day I brought my PP PABSP 20v drill to a jobsite, the whole team wanted a go. Thge only criticism was that it didn't have a trade warranty. It's been through all sorts of drywall dust, fine airborne redbrick suspensions, overhead showers of pine sawdust, a 4m fall onto concrete and a steady summer diet of barbeque oven grease that it dutifully slapped into its own mouth without the slightest hint of a hiccup. The chuck is pillar-drill immaculate. I treat that tool with care but not cos I feel like I should, but cos the damned silly thing only cost me 79 bucks as a kit. Punches way above its weight. That's what makes me think Parkside Performance can become something bloody great, and that's why I'd hate to see the range fall ill of the pitfalls mentioned above.
