And same when apple falls its attracted at the centre of earths gravity.. When you throw a ball high in the beginning due to high velocity it will cancel the gravity effect and will move upword till its speed get reduced due to gravity and at some point its velocity becomes zero and earths gravity start to pull it down..at the acceleration rate of 9.8m/s^2

What he was trying to say is that you experience no weight while failing which happens cuz for applying force, two bodies are needed. And about water not failing out is simply that when bottle falls with water, they have the same g and hence same velocity therefore the water goes down with bottle

The potential energy of stored water is utilitized to increase the kinetic energy of flowing water initially. When the bottle is released , whole potential energy is destroyed and the kinetic energy of the bottle is increased and hence no energy is left for the water to flow. When the container is in inertia, the fluid inside it is also in inertia and having the shape of the bottle where it actually applying some forces on the bottle surface wall because of the gravity, but when you release the bottle it stops becase it breaks the inertia and the starts the moving down, but in that case also gravitational force still applies to the fluid. Only becase its moving down so the horizontal pressue on the bottle wall is negative and redirected to vertically upward, so water doesn't comes out.

Gravity is not pulling the water down. Tightly seal the bottle and you'll see no water coming out of the holes. Atmospheric pressure is resposible for pushing the water out of the bottom. But if you put the bottle in vaccum, only then will the water be pulled out by gravity. Edit: I mean, of course gravity is the reason the water is falling towards the ground, but its not the sole factor in play here.

Bottle pr gravity lag rahi hai but water pr nahi kyu ki water accelerated frame of reference me hai. Aur accelerated frame me kisi bhi body pr agar wo niche gir raha toh ek upward pseudo force lagega jo downward force ko balance krta hai. Yahi same phenomena we can feel inside a lift when it is accelerating downward.

When any thing was falling freely then the pressure of air pushes that thing upward . And here in this video the air pushes the water upward through the holes. And it was not clear for you then try it but close the cap of the bottle completely, the water will stop falling.

When the bottle is in rest, it's free fall is opposed by external work done by the hand. But water flowing through the hole is in free fall bcz water is not held by any external source. When bottle is allowed to fall freely, then both the bottle and water inside it have the same free fall acceleration and hence there is no relative acceleration between them. This is the reason the water doesn't come out of the bottle during free fall. I want to correct you for the statement " while in freefall no gravity acts on the bottle" but As per principle of equivalence freefall acceleration itself is gravity or in other words gravity is not a force but free fall acceleration.
