to treat cancer we use radiation and chemo which are both bad for living tissue in the wrong dose

like what Hoj said, only we cured them with radiation while pretending to give them an antidote to a poisonous plant or animal. Because of how fast their army was dying we screwed them over royally at the negotiation table for it as well.

The first story was well written and all that. But the whole damn situation made no sense. It seems like we were losing the war. So why make such a ridiculous demand/term from the enemy? hahahaha

as a warning; the humans had not lost any ground, but the conflict was not certain, hence this "negotiation" being more retaliatory. It is more like assassination since those were five high ranking members of the alien government.

The war was in a stalemate. We suffered more losses, but they have not been able to move us out of our positions. I think if they had actually been willing to negotiate a cease fire, and something like a DMZ along the border, we would have happily done so. But as we are sneaky, suspicious and paranoid bastards, we decided to go in with a stacked deck. Willing to bet we had a strike plan in place and ready to go if what happened happened and we succeeded in decapitating them instead.
