So [Requator>Rpole] and difference between {Requator-Rpole=~=21km}, it'means weight on POLE greater than EQUATOR due to these formula -(gsurface proportional 1/R²planet).

I copied this text, but the explanation is correct: Earth's rotation, like that of other planets in our solar system, likely began during the formation of the solar system about 4.6 billion years ago. The process began with the gravitational collapse of a molecular cloud, which included the gas and dust that eventually formed the sun and the planets. When this cloud collapsed under its own gravity, it began to spin as it contracted due to the conservation of angular momentum. Angular momentum must be conserved in a system, so as the cloud's size decreased, its rotational speed increased. This is similar to how a figure skater spins faster when they pull their arms in close to their body.

Both explanation (mine and yours) are correct and both are given to attribute earth's spin- From copilot: The material within the collapsing cloud gathered into swirling eddies, and over time, these eddies coalesced into planets, including Earth. Because all the debris in the early solar system was rotating around the sun in roughly the same direction, the collisions that helped form the Earth also contributed to its spin in that direction. This initial spin has been maintained over billions of years due to the lack of significant resistance in the vacuum of space. Once an object starts rotating in space, it tends to keep spinning because there’s nothing to stop it.
