I’m not a physicist and can’t judge these sources well, but at least Wikipedia says that the closer a clock is to a source of gravitation, the *slower* time passes (agrees with other sources on Google anyway) which does seem to be the oposite of what you said :-/

The “signing apes” have been fairly securely debunked. It’s heavily reliant on the human interpreter, just like the dogs and cats. At best it’s basic word association, nothing like abstract language. No ability to speak of the past or future, only actions near enough to the present that the animal is experiencing them in the moment. Example: craving food, anticipating food, happiness discomfort. No way to ask your dog “has your diet for the last week caused your digestion to improve”
