It's obviously not a rushed job. This is something done with patience and time over extended time cycles. Not something a few people clock in and go at it for hours on a daily basis. Usually, my best paintings are the ones I put no time limit or schedule on.

I literally work at this wax museum and yes, they literally go at it for hours at a time. They have a team of 4 where I work. Usually they spend most of the time up keeping current figures as they need to be taken off the floor and retouched every couple months.
