Depends on were its made, if the factory is in a country with more capital and better labour rights the process will be more automated and if it is in a poor country were you can pay penies a day then it will take a ton of people

I was thinking that. I think rubber pieces can be used in playgrounds and astroturf as well as an additive in asphalt, but usually those applications add shredded used rubber tires and not quality virgin rubber. I was expecting this process to inject the rubber, but my understanding is butadiene rubber is not thermoreveresible, it's "thermoset"
