Potassium Sorbate and Monosodium Glutamate are additives and, per law, have to be on the ingredient panel. Do all manufacturers follow the laws; I do not know. I merely know that the wording, "Natural flavors and colors," generally hides fruits that have less taste and can fill up without causing allergic reactions, while reducing the cost of a product. You might be surprised which fruits and vegetables, and how much of those fruits and vegetables are in a high fruit cost item.

'Natural flavors' have to be below a certain percentage of the total weight of the product, so it would be stuff like almond extract, lemon extract, etc that can add a lot of flavor to make up for flavor loss during packaging and storage, without being so heavy that you have to disclose what it is.
