It's just suvat, which is something in Physics Paper 2 for triple. But no, you will never have to remember this equation in this context - it's very unlikely to come up in the exam. It is very helpful when doing the experiment for real, however.

i thought sugars test was benedicts and the colour change was blue to brick red, can someone explain my confusion by any chance

the sugar can be shown in different forms. If it turns green it means low amount of sugar present If it turns yellow it means more sugar found, medium amount of sugar If it turns brick red it mean that a lot of sugar is present Hope this helped ;)
