Some modern foods contain relatively high amounts of AGEs. This is mostly due to popular methods of cooking that expose food to dry heat. These include barbecuing, grilling, roasting, baking, frying, sautéing, broiling, searing, and toasting. These cooking methods may make food taste, smell, and look good, but they may raise your intake of AGEs to potentially harmful levels. In fact, dry heat may increase the amount of AGEs by 10-100 times the levels of uncooked foods. Certain foods, such as animal foods that are high in fat and protein, are more susceptible to AGE formation during cooking. Foods highest in AGEs include meat (especially red meat), certain cheeses, fried eggs, butter, cream cheese, margarine, mayonnaise, oils, and nuts. Fried foods and highly processed products also contain high levels. Thus, even if your diet appears to be reasonably healthy, you may consume an unhealthy amount of harmful AGEs just because of the way your food is cooked.

Dear sir , every diabetic patient should eat sugar, Bcos with direct sugar only can stimulate insulin from pancreas , it’s a proven fact In this world only sugar can stimulate insulin from pancreas But before starting sugar First stop insulin Second stop 100% carbohydrates for few months , 4 to 8 months ( this is to get rid off inflammation from the body) Sugar should be taken just before the food also before exercise, it’s a treatment , it has a dose like medicine, I m a diabetic patient for the last 21 years with insulin, but now I can eat any food with any amount of sugar Same time as per your teaching about having fatty foods, i m following the same pattern I m having four eggs every day with 3 spoons of butter cheese n ghee My age is 58 , now i m very healthy with no diabetic complications Sir your teaching has helped me a lot for how to manage a food plate It’s a big blessing, A big Thanks 🙏

പല ഡോക്ടർമാരും ഓരോന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു മനുഷ്യരെ തെറ്റിധരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു. ഉപ്പു കുറഞ്ഞാൽ (ലോ sodium) ഗുരുതരമായ പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാക്കുമെന്നുള്ള കാര്യം എന്തു കൊണ്ട് ഡോക്ടർ പറയുന്നില്ല.

You have to consider one more factor in grains. That is carbohydrate - Fibre ratio of the grain. If we take all these into considerstion, Positive Millets are the best ones because these millets do not create glucose flood in the blood.
