Hello Saurabh, Really a great content. I never thought of this, I used to look at high growth companies which grow at 40%+ topline and bottom line ....but u r right we need to look for ROCE, ROE, and all other ratios as well, also if the growth is sustainable for few many upcoming years.... Could u pls let me know if there is any book/source where I can read all these knowledge?

A must watch video for newbie investors who get dazzled and emotional for overhyped growth projections and momentum. Most of us have done it and hard lessons must be learned early in life or they become far more painful.

Really good analysis. while you said that there could be a lot fundamental factors at play when it comes to specific companies, when you take last 5 Years data, COVID aberration comes in. It affected everything - demand to supply chain issues.. that created a massive jolt for many businesses across the country. Almost a reset for some. I believe that should be a very important consideration in this analysis.

One interesting thing is if the companies have grown by 20% for 2 to 3 year it might be difficult to continue vs if we could find a company at the cusp of growth and even if we pay high multiple we might be better off

Couldn't have explained it better. Not easy to earn 20-25 % returns long term on stock even when bought at medium valuation leave alone very high valuations like now .People look for multi baggers like they are onions in the market . Their probability is probably not even 2%

Thanks for kind words. Too many high growth stocks with poor business quality at high valuation getting peddled on social media , so, just wanted to give some perspective on how to think about it.
