The nebulae of planets and the sun were clumped together by gravity approximately together but not at the same time considering the ages of sun and some of the planets differ, except maybe the Jupiter and the Mars.

No it's not, it's atmosphere is more like how it's in our Mariana trench(deepest point on earth) with a sprinkle of lightning caused by it's furious storms. It's atmospheric pressure is so high that if you place a car in it's surface (it has no solid surface but imagine if you somehow managed to do it) then it will turn into a flat piece of metal with just existing.

We could've done this only if there would've been "just Hygrogen". For making that reaction happen, we also have to look up on other things which are present like methane, helium, ammonia etc... May be the reaction can lead to any explosion or something like that because there can also be many compounds which we don't know that they're there!
