I was on vacation in the 90's, 22 years old at the time, and trained at World Gym for a day early in the morning. I'll never forget wehn I saw Lou Ferrigno sitting on the bike and the Terminator standing next to him talking to him. Greetings from Germany

For the Hulk Out the Fx team sawed the helmet in half then carefully glued it back together. They then placed an air bladder inside with the wig overtop and expanded it, thus giving us this wonderfully done transformation sequence.

@3:31 it looks like the stunt did not go as planned. Lou had a stunt double who was a muscular guy so not sure if that was Lou or not. Big Lou does a lot of conventions. People should get him on record with old stories about stunts. He's the only person left who was on set during all the action scenes. He could give us stories about stunts and stunts that went wrong.

I saw that too. And then the tree is magically behind him in the next cut. If I were working on that, I would have cut the tree almost the whole way through, but in irregular cuts, then smoothed over the surface with paper and paint. After that I would have zoomed out the scene a bit and made it look like the tree breaks over his abs after the bikers crash into it.

04:26 The toughest part of this, and probably the least obvious unless you think about it, is where Lou is running through the creek on his bare feet, over no telling how many sharp rocks, and the possibility of broken glass bottles and such. While carrying all the weight of his enormous muscles and tall frame. And looking ahead for the camera shot, not looking down to see what he was potentially stepping on. With all the bare feet scenes he was in, his feet must have been as tough as the rest of him.
