I think I remember that, in one of your past videos, you water rooted one of your scindapsus with a golden pothos, and it rooted quicker. You had a control group without, as well. I have done the same, with my scindapsus argyraeus, (which is notoriously slow to soil root, in my experience) and I found that to be true. Have you given up on that technique?

@@EverythingPlants, I read about the invasive nature of golden pothos in Florida, and how they grow huge, fenestrated leaves as they climb up trees and choke the life out of them. Smashed to smithereens. I only have a couple scindaptus. Loce them but did fine the Silver Satin was a real bogar to repot. I had to totally start over. All seemed to be going well and I wanted to trellis but putting a trellis on a 4 inch pot was about impossible. I up potted my cuttings. I think there were 4. and for months they stuggled. Finally I saw roots coming out the bottom of the 5 inch pot I had put it in. Upped it all in one lump like you did and within days I had curled up leaves. I new if I did not take action right away I was going to lose everything. By then I had 6 vines and the leaves were getting larger. I had lots of bare stems where leaves fell off. I ended up chopping all the bare stems and I think I did put them in perlite to roo.t On a heat mat. I let the roots get really long then potted and this time I put all in a half to 3/4 size gallon jug. It has been like this now for a few months so I am hoping I revived the whole thing. I would think it can live in this jug pot for several years and when it does come time for a repot I might just slit down the sides.
