Today we diagnose a tc that has a misfire. In this situation it was only the coilpack. Many times it goes beyond this basic issue. Thanks for watching! Ig-@mcrib47

On Toyota when there past there 100,000 mile mark, most of the time it's the coil pack.

If your check engine light blinking wile your driving it’s your modules but also don’t forget to change your plugs I’ve learn that on my own doing a diagnostic reading

When I drive there’s amiss, the auto mechanic switched the first fuel injector to the second and it worked fine, he mentioned it was the computer that is faulty, because they fuel injector is fine and just not registering to release fuel into the engine...

change all spark plug and ignition coil, car drove good for 700 miles and check engine light came back on. P0302. I swap engine coil and spark plugs and code keeps comming back saying p0302. After reading your comments i'm starting to think it's the fuel injector , what do u guys think ?

@@hjkjccdggjhvb get a fuel pressure gauge from Harbor freight test pressure at the rail and compare to the oem pressure spec before jumping into any injectors or intake gasket either that or get a tech 2 scan tool with live data to see how smoothly the injectors are firing and I think some have a fuel pressure sensor and will tell you the pressure and then see if you have a evap leak pressurize at the intake it could be something as stupid as a stuck PCV I had to replace a PCV in a few scions however don’t open the parts cannon until you know because evap leaks even if they get fixed will break repeatedly because of a stuck PCV etc over pressurizing the intake also get a contactless voltage tester $5> Ames at harbor freight and see if the coil is just not getting consistent power Toyotas,Hondas, and fords are known for having weak ignition coil connections at the connector I would test for the ignition coil connection/solenoid: intake leak before fuel pressure but if you’ve never done a fuel pump or filter it may be worth a stab

Very good video!!!! So my TC has a misfire like you showed. The code reader gave me a P302. I saw other videos n all said bad ignition coil. So I bought all four new and installed them. I scan it again and it gave me P0351, 352, 353 & 354. My car runs poorly now, what can it be? Any thoughts? Thanks!

so did u fix it , mines doing the same , all new coil and sparks , and throwing P0302..
@McRib478 ай бұрын
it did fix it , in the end of the video i show the cel light is gone and car is running good. i would see if you are leaking coolant into cylinder two. if you have a boroscope and radiator pressure tester. I had a car that had the same issue. it ended up leaking coolant into the combustion chamber causing misfire

I would definitely check for vacuum leak and check fuel pressure. do a once over the car and see. If you can figure it out i would take it to a shop. or if is throwing a code go from there.
