Every-time I am greeted with a free soda, a classic movie or cops playing on the Huge movie screen, and a nice sense of relaxation. Cliff always cuts my hair and gives me an awesome shave. Was in Vegas the other day and actually had a chance to stop by Cliff's for a shave. Damn that guy is cool as hell. He had a big TV with DVR'd country music concerts playing, and honest to baby Jesus gave me the best shave I've had. Soft spoken, but funny guy and his shop looks like the video. I'm not sure if I'm the target audience, a woman in her 40's, but I consider your videos as a collection in the anthropological study of hair cutting. I like seeing different techniques and approaches to something seemingly so simple as reducing the length of one's hair. A graduate student somewhere is using your videos as a research tool...

One thing I've noticed is that channels like HairCut Harry do a lot to promote an increased sense of awareness and education among people regarding haircuts. Used to be I could go to any barber and get a haircut and think nothing of it. As long as they didn't mangle my hair, everyone was happy. Seeing some of these great barbers from all over really helped me to build a universal standard, so that I can watch a barber working on what little hair I have left and recognize some basic, good, practices -- both in technique and in secondary services (like a hot towel, neck shave, etc.) These videos go a long way in taking something which used to be a boring old routine and make it something much more enjoyable -- in much the same way that learning Thermodynamics helped me to appreciate air conditioners much more! In the end, I've noticed an increase in quality of my hair (because I've sought out actual good barbers instead of the nearest chop-shop) and I actually look forward to sitting in that chair! I just wish my wife would understand why it is worth it to me to pay a little more to a passionate barber with better service than a $10 haircut from the chain store.

I've seen almost all of your videos Harry, and I think this one is the best cut you've gotten. Cliff has some kick-ass skills.

Those scissors though!! I was like holy sh$t! That is the biggest barber scissors i have ever seen. And he uses them with precision. Awesome job sir!!

Harry, just want to say you're one of the best channel out there. Not only your channel is ASMR based on haircuts, but you go to these amazing barbershop places in the world. Not only that, but the production value and quality of your videos and the efforts put into it are tremendous. Keep it up, and this is personally one of the best one yet. And, the barber should be in The h8ful Eight.

You know...I can't really say I like the guys hair style or that the barber would cut my hair the way I would like to wear it but damn this barber has super amazing skill!! The consistent, repetitive, speed of his clipping over the comb and scissoring motion is pretty damn professional in my opinion. Again I'm not really a fan of the style of the guy in the chair but I still think the barber is one of best I've ever watched.

That guy in the chair would be me!! ;-) Cliff is a great guy ... check out the interview with him we did too if you have not seen it yet: kzbin.info/www/bejne/d3jGl2iLqs6Gg5o

HairCut Harry cool man! Ya you're alright my man. No offense. I just meant the style itself wasn't really for me. But yes I will definitely check out the interview. Thank you!

HairCut Harry hello again. Great interview with Cliff. Outstanding barber and what a great guy. I wish he was my barber and my neighbor. Had a question for HHarry if you don't mind. I'd imagine you're quite respectful of each and every barber you had visited but regarding Cliff what were some of your overall thoughts or reactions to his technique and how well do you think he performed on your hair? Hope u don't mind me asking man. Have a good one!

I am not a trained barber so I can not comment on the technical details of the trade with any authority :-) For me it is a journey to find and share unique interesting experiences ... an insight to the people and places we visit :-)

HairCut Harry Fair enough. Well keep up the good work! I do indeed find it interesting and enlightening to share in those diversified experiences. I'm sure you've thought some barbers better than others but it's the experience itself that matters most. Thanks for the videos my man!

This is the 17th time I have watched this. Lots of movement of arms and hands, comb, clippers and scissors, yet it doesn't appear anything is happening but at the end, the guy got a haircut. Perhaps the most amazing video ever captured. The sound of the water bottle spraying is sublime. For the 17th time, after watching this, am going to take a nap... am forced to. All that motion and commotion is, well, satisfyingly hypnotically relaxing. Video needs to be re-titled: "Harry meets Houdini". Thank you and good night.

@ 12:23 Judging from the way this guy wields a straight razor...You missed out on a major ASMR video opportunity and a multiple million hit vid by not getting a straight razor face shave. Hint; GO BACK FOR A WET SHAVE !!!
