You said, "if you had no interactions with law enforcement"? Or did you mean no sex crimes after release? Are you sure SC uses Tiers? When you view offenders' profiles, where are the tiers shown? What tiers are the ones on who have sexually violent predator listed in their profiles? Why would a person file a petition with SLED when there is 0 chance of getting it approved? Why not just file a motion in General session to start with? Not trying to be difficult, just trying to get correct answers. Thank you.
