My question is I tested positive for anti-scl-70 antibodies at 4.4 level. I have zero symptoms to be diagnosed with. I have never had Reynolds, but I do have joint soreness/stiffness in my fingers with no swelling and I can still bend them. My BP is always low 111/67 and my other blood work is normal. Can you have SS with no other symptoms simply because the Scl-70 was positive?
