SCM - STEFANI PSF - preforming and postforming process

STEFANI PSF is the SCM edgebander dedicated to the preforming and postforming process.
In the preforming process, the rough trimming and the shaping of the desired profile are carried out on the already laminate faced panel, leaving the laminate leaf protruding. All machining units are equipped with high performance motors for maximum precision.
In the postforming process, the vinyl glue is applied on the laminate leaf, which is then folded and pressed onto the profile previously realized thanks to rubber wheels.
This particular solution is also equipped with special supports for processing curved panels for a unique design.
