Stefani sbx is the range of squaring-edge banders designed for the medium and large furniture industry and is a byword for high productivity and constant repeatability for non-stop production.
Stefani sbx adds together all the best SCM’s technological solutions developed in the squaring-edgebanding. It combines precision in panel sizing and squaring, flexibility in edge gluing with a high quality finishing.
The rigid structure, the 13-tooth sprocket, the motion transmission bar together with the steel pressure beam guarantee a constant and precise transport of the panel for high precision in the sizing and squaring. Various edge gluing solutions are available for a perfect joint line between panel and edge, and the “glue switch” system allows an easy and immediate change of colour and/or type of glue without machine downtimes. The process is then completed with the state-of-the-art NC servo working units “electronic touch” for high-level panel finishing.
Stefani sbx can be integrated into processing lines with several machines and automation systems for panel handling. all managed by the supervisor Maestro active watch, able to program the entire process and monitor all the operations of the plant in real time.
