First of all, THANKYOU for all your efforts in this... As I completed all additional case studies and questions of ICAI with your lectures in minimum time, for which I hadn't even planned in the first place.. This boosted my confidence level on overall SCMPE and increased speed of doing multiple revisions of this subject accordingly... The suggestion is, if possible, upload lectures on RTP and MTP discussion asap, so that the majority of students can cover it also before the final exam... Thankyou again!!

Thank You Sir. Kindly clarify these 2 doubts in EVA question: 1) For calculating, adjusted opening capital employed, we are adding back the opening balance of PBDD in Balance sheet. If we have to calculate, closing adjusted capital employed, should we add back the provision made in Current year in P&L or the closing balance of PBDD in Balance Sheet? 2) We have ignored, provision for Deferred Tax, since it has no relevance to NOPAT calculation, but If there was any deferred tax provision for the last year in the Balance Sheet, would it be added to calculate adjusted opening capital employed? Pls do clarify Sir. These doubts have been nagging me for a long, long time ..

@@sooryaadithya7102 Current Year's Closing is Next Year's Opening. So effect is same what you have given on Op. Cap. Emp. of Current Year. For NOPAT you have to add back only NRDD i.e New Provision created in current year. & In Opening Capital Employed of you have to add Total Provision created till date excluding NRDD of current year Ex - 17-18 = 1L Prov. 18-19 = 4L Prov 19-20 = 4L Prov So for 19-20 Opening Capital Employed will include - 5L & Closing Cap Emp. will include 9L I hope it is clear.
