Sir, Query on Maximum Transfer Price 7:32:00 Why we made the payment of Rs. 42 in case 2? Bcoz if we paid Rs. 42 and then incurred Expenses of Rs. 4 then total cost would be Rs. 66 which is More than My Selling Price Rs. 63. It should be lower of EBP or NMR and then we should adjust that cost of Rs 4

20:15 ko aap ne jo kaha k divisional manager soch raha tha k me liability ka payment time pe nai karunga to meri liability jyada aayegi and uski net asset kam aayegi hence uska return on investment jyada aayega. But vo agar liability ka payment nai karega to no doubt liability badhi huyi dikhegi, lekin at the same time payment na karne se cash bhi kam to nai hongi na means net asset jyada aayegi to net effect to return pe kucchh nai aayega. To institute ne esa point Q rakha?

Yes, true that. It will apply to both points. Investment in assets & payment of liabilities. Net assets will not change. Presently we have to accept the solution given by ICAI as it is.
