From memory not, their a really difficult snail for most fishes to eat I think. But she wouldn't leave it alone so she did keep trying.

Do they even work with MTS, though? (I have an abundance of them and trying to procure an opal Scobi)

Never tried it with them, I can imagine they might be more difficult due to size.

Leporacanthicus does a good job, my L. joselimai cleaned up almost all the Malaysian trumpet snails in a 90 gallon over a few days

@@kmingtam What a coincidence, I also have an L264 in a MTS-overrun tank. Does ontogeny matter?

@@Evenape unlikely, it could be the individual though, they feed on crustaceans and insect larva in the wild, so even if yours is captive bred, the feeding habits should be in the genetics…
