I recently fitted a 14 way Elucian board with spd and rcbo’s, As far as build quality and ease of fitting it was really good and looks good as well. My only issue was that the SPD did not come with any info and with most SPD’S they come with a fitting kit which this came without it and no info and when I tried looking it up on their website I could not find it and had to go back to my local CEF to get a fact sheet. The board does not give you room to put the SPD next to the mains switch as the tails clamp is fixed so I ended up fitting it the other end of the board. The sticker pack was ok but that did not come with an SPD sticker so had to make my own. These are the only things I could find wrong, other than those bits I would happily fit these boards going forward.

I do find it strange that it's not a legal requirement for private home owners to have an EICR every 10 years but if you don't have one within that period and something does unfortunately happen because of the electrical installation, most insurance companies have the option to invalidate a home owners insurance. It's pretty rare for them to refuse but it will likely become more common before the legal requirements come into place.
