Another way to super flip is to do M U x4 x y and repeat

Another way to do Cube in a cube is to do donut then Twisted peaks then if you want to you can turn it to a 2x2 in a 3x2 with the corner twisting algorithm @Speed Cubed uses to get his logo on the cube
