I think it's weird that Silk and the other Marvel-Sony shows would possibly go to Amazon. Maybe they can have the shows on both Disney+ and Amazon Prime. I don't know. I just hope that Disney can stream the suite of Marvel-Sony shows (whether they be exclusives or not).

From what I understand Amazon is bidding for "Secondary" streaming services. In other words, they want to rights to stream it after its original run on whatever channel or streaming service it ends up. Similar to how Netflix and Amazon show films after their theatrical and/or DVD Run

I thought Sony had only the movie rights to the Spider-Verse and not any TV rights. Currently, Disney has Spider-man animated shows. Does this news confirm that both Disney and Sony have TV rights to the Spider-Verse characters?
