This is soo mee !!!! I always carry a cold water flask of 1 litre to my college because I hate tap water, and I can't afford buying water bottles daily. My best friend who unfortunately is also my benchmate always drinks my water 😭😭. I can't even tell her nooo. She sometimes even finishes my bottle and at the end of the day I'm thirsty and dying and cussing her in my head 😭😂🙈😳😰

I have checking lock repeatedly issue (until I'm satisfy),Don't like nobody dipping on my food or giving hand(without washing).Don't like if people takes my things without asking ordon't put it back on correct place.It used to makes me mad back then I constantly would have check think not generally but excess. I find a solution to these is I've to focus while I'm checking & get quick result in among 1-3 times & believe on my senses depending on positive results. Gradually it's much less now.Now I give more focus while checking so don't have to check more than 1-3times.I used to visually think about germs on my things too much,then I now try to make myself understand gems can't be avoided totally.As long as I eat clean,be clean won't get germs too much inside. Well working on these issues.It's not like I live in heaven,My room is clean & organized always,there is no dirt etc.But as long as I don't focus on dirty things too much I can eat from any place.Where I sit/lie is clean I'm ok.Like roadside food & all.But I try to wash my hand, plate,spoon as much as I possible wherever I go.
