"Alright, i'll go to the next one, maybe I'll be good there" - this made me happy to hear.

Scoot was fantastic in True Detective and is one of those actors who elevates everything he is in.

Scoot was so awesome in Halt and Catch Fire. He played the quintessential nerd family man to a T.

I’ve been hearing this stuff my whole life and it is so comforting that a successful brilliant man like skoot is so inspirational. Keep grinding man. It’s the only way.

Scoot is way underrated. Godless was great as was halt and catch fire. He's great!

I am here because of Godless. And hell I'm half way thru life now, never been interested in Westerns (I'd even say westerns turns me away) and Godless absolutely changed that. Jeff Daniels got me started, but I stayed for McNairy for sure.

Great video. Also for people with ADHD, because the experience of research and awareness of the processing delays and overwhelm is only now becomong available. So many people were never caught and diagnosed as kids, and come to this problem now as an adult. Always great to have someone with name recognition be a role model for adjusting to and adapting to "learning different". I would love to see an image from a script page with his diagrammatic "map" to the dramatic logic or notations on tone and emotion or cues to visual reactions to lines from another actor. Bet it's fascinating!

I'm waiting for him and Sam Rockwell to do something together. Because I've thought for years now he totally feels like the second coming of Sam Rockwell.

Similar. I'm dyslexic as well. A lot of us become creatives. He acts, I write. So many of my fellow writers and artists share this.

So is this how he ended up as 'Scoot' instead of 'Scott'? I wonder if 'Jussie' Smollett went to the same school.
@humsabmagluhain4 жыл бұрын
His real name is John. But he really loved his scooter as a kid so his parents started calling him Scooter which then became 'scoot'.
