It seems as though many parts are interchangeable. Another banger!🤘🏽🔥🔥🔥

That's crazy ! I never seen that happen before. I had a 2014 Quantum that had the digital cluster & the fuel meter brunt out. I never could find a replacement unit, so I'm glad my new scoot has analog. I thought them analog clusters was almost fail safe, but by the looks of your vid ! Apparently that's not so. I wish you luck on fixing your scooter 🤞💯👍

I fixed it :). Probably a rare occurrence . Thank you for the comment. Nothing made by human will be free of human factor :)))

A very strange, archaic design, most unlike the correct, regulation, tamper-proof Smith's Chronometric Analogue Speedometers fitted to Japanese Motorcycles, like your Honda Rebel 250! Well done on your attempt at a repair, but it does show how easy it is to illegally tamper with the odometer, and alter the mileage when selling the vehicle! Take care!

I will do more in depth review in coming days. As far as top speed goes, it cruises easily at 55 on a flat and can squeeze out 60 if really pushed.
