Dear Sir, Could you please advise me We can use the gasket outside diameter near the flange outside diameter. Since to increase Gasket width based on that we can reduce the flange thickness. It could be advisable or not [Gasket with holes]

these are called full face gasket, used only for low pressure application, PTFE gasket
