33 minute ke bad dimag kuch kam karna band sa ho gya tha. Last me legb to samjh gya. Like y = a ko accept kar rha hai, par a = a + x ko nahi accept krta. Usme thora dimag chakra gya mam. Itni full detail me sayad hi kisi channel pe mile, isiliye i joined this channel. 👍

Mam in 26:18 y's value is also change in local scope without calling global y but it doesn't show error when we do the same with a it shows error. Please 🥺 reply mam

Because here we are first using the variable a (y=a) before assigning the value (a=2) in local scope. Whereas in case of variable y , we are first assigning the value then using it. In short, we can't use any variable before assigning the value. Hope it's clear now..🙂 I suggest you after reading this comment, please watch the explanation in the video again.. Then it will be crystal clear 😀

Use the keyword nonlocal to declare that the variable is not local.
