For the improvement of CMA Profession President / VP / Chairman / VC / CCM / RCM must be only practising CMA's Sadly, most of the above members are practising CA's If this is not taken care of, then it's better to close the institute or request the Ministry of Finance to merge the CMA with the CA Institute.

Sir with due respect i don't think those who are going to work in the industry as an employee, will get into trouble due to this amendment. Because i don't think those companies who hire CMAs even with a worst academic records, are not enjoying a turnover less than 100 crores( i mean of specified product turnover as u mentioned). I think sir u should mention that also😊. Btw i love ur lectures sir🙏.

But company hire CMA's to maintain their cost records I know there are other areas but if the cost audit is gone expect 50% downfall in cma because all of other works can be easily done by charted accountant but practically I don't think cost audit can be removed
