brother in surgical wards , there could be the two type of works , one is pre op preparation and care , other is post op care if u use to Extubate the patient in ICU than u have to operate ventilator and also follow strict monitoring of vitals, if u use to extubate the patient in OT than u have to monitor vitals for half hours in post op ward or surgical ward
