If currently coverage years from 1993 to present on 13/12/2023 but on 15/12/2023 it shows coverage years from 1993 to 2022 .how scopus change coverage years to backdate. ???it is possible

Sir if a journal has increased its volume of publication from earlier years drastically. does it mean it will be discountinued from scopus very soon? I wanted to be sure of journal of law and sustainable development. Can you please guide me further whether to publish in it or not
