Scorched Earth - Where Do We Go From Here?

Been listening to this since 1985 when i heard it on the Friday Rock show and taped it but only find out tonight it was Scorched Earth. Been trying to find it for so long, takes me back every time i hear it to when life was fun and there was so much good music around.... feel sorry for kids now days, or maybe its just these rose tinted glasses.

Truly amazing stuff. I heard it too all those years ago on the Friday Rock Show . Huge Led Zep.influence going on . Fantastic songwriting and sense of dynamics . Puts do much that came afterwards to shame .

Brings back memories...does anyone remember The Friday Rock Show when it was 10pm to midnight and had sessions like this..God..memories..all good, especially this band.

Certainly do Jane - in the days before the internet brought us everything. I was reminiscing about hiding under the sheets with my radio, working out how far I dared turn it up without parents hearing. I definitely remember this session and bought the EP, which I still have. Great rock vocal - shame they never got signed up.

Released an EP on Carrere Records in 1985 ("Tomorrow Never Comes") but as far as I know that was it.....

First came across them on Tommy Vance's Friday Rock Show, bought the EP ("Tomorrow Never Comes") and saw them supporting Bryan Adams at Hammersmith Odeon on 20th April 1985! Such a great band - real tragedy they never made it big.
