I ordered mine last week with some other nice parts for my infraction. Can't wait to install them on my drift bi**. I'll try to fit the og upper plate for the handbrake module, maybe i can somehow make it work. Great video and nice motor mount. Yeah so a little update on my handbrake modul, i was able to craft a little piece of acrylic to fit the handbrake on the roto lock top mount. Works fine even with the fact that this is just a prototype piece.

I hate the screws in that (stock)mount. It's impossible to get it perfect. I hadn't even thought about the fact that it's just hanging there by the 2 screws.🤔

I assume you mean the original type mount. Yeah, with it cantilevered off the screws it’s not the most robust way to fix a motor - especially when you are fitting bigger than stock motors.

I just bought one of there for my xmaxx with a belt drive. So dam easy to set belt tension. My xmaxx is almost silent except for fan lol

If you have a Ti chassis (from Scorched) and Ti towers (from scorched) and an unbreakable body... you don't need a cage or brace... bin it off.

Yes. The latest ones work with stock diffs and 50t spur.

No real need for the extra strength. These are already a big step up from stock and 7075 wouldn’t make much difference to rigidity - but would bump up the cost.

It will fit fine (currently running one in my owm Kraton) but you cannot fit the internal frame / body support assembly, so unless you can make another body support, it’s not ideal for off road.
