its crazy the size and amount of accessories and yet this is the same price as the ultimate line. The quality went way up for the alien line. Worth the 40 dollars honestly. I was so surprised by the size of the box when i got mine, thought it be the same size as big chap and the warrior figures from neca

The folded up hands refer to the moment in the movie where the first live xenomorph is unfurling itself from gestating in the cocoon where it was cramped in on itself. That seam along the dome where you attach the scorched version is actually on all the Romulus xenomorphs in the movie, based on an idea from concept artist Dane Hallett that the fronts of their heads could be flexible enough to move independently from the back. A super convenient place for a removable part

@@Yolandatayperamirez-tx3gv technically only the Queen is a functioning female in the sense it lays eggs and has some maternal instincts, the rest are basically sexless, with dormant female reproductive systems that only activate upon moulting into a Queen. It’s quite possible some may be Male in order to fertilise the Queen for her to produce eggs, there’s the Xenomorph King in expanded lore, and the Rogue in the novels and comics. It’s possible the Queen being the only one capable in a Hive reproduces asexually without a male, standard Xenomorphs can reproduce asexually via Eggmorphing, as the deleted scene in the original Alien shows and Romulus reintroduced. So in a way yes they can be considered female, but it’s not female in the way we would classify it, though Queens do show obvious maternal instincts and emotions towards offspring and can pursue hive destroyers with a vengeance should her eggs and Xenomorphs be killed as seen in Aliens.

No you should avoid aliexpress I got a figure from there and it was a terrible knockoff the plastic was so soft the legs would bend when standing and there were parts missing was just a terrible waste of money my advice is to stay away

@@snickersbaja7706 the spurs can be reshaped with a little heat, I would recommend a low heat hair dryer or boiling some water and dipping the spur in for about 15 seconds, then run under cold water and while holding the spur straight

@snickersbaja7706 My copy is due to the face not being glued to the dome in the right alignment so theres nothing I can do about it really. You could disassemble the head, but mine isn't bad enough for me to do that.
