You can't change completly and the process takes so long as you invest in it. In my case took around 4 years. Don't set expectations because this block the process and actually you habe noch idea how you change, how you can become. A huge unexpected crisis is miostly the starting point of this process (burnout in my case). After 3 years of chaos and loosing everything (including myself) I startet to draw. Daily and through many nights. This changed my brain (neuroplasticity) and me, my life.

Yes Virgo Sun/Moon here. Pluto rinsed me (Cap Rising) for +14 years. The gorilla metaphor/outline, was a near-perfect illustration of a family dynamic that finally got illuminated and discussed at length in a calm, loving, and accepting environment, for all sides participating. Some things sting; but with love, care, and attention, the sting can be managed and brought to heal. 😘 You are remarkable, seriously. There is a secondary syncronicity (or 2): I am in menopause after a robotic hysterectomy 5/6 yrs ago that I am still coming to mental grips with at times (never a fan of Western medicine, unless bones are broken or it's life-threatening). Not to be tmi, but I still have my ovaries but have been battling outrageous and random (but at least 10 per day, give or take) very long and sweaty (I also have generalized hyperhydrosis as well as neuralgia from a misdiagnosis shingles bout at age 19, so, yeah--bit of anxiety around stuff like this at the mo, lol!). So, just started some pharm answer to estrogen, very low dose, but immediately noticed to me, and still adjusting. Just thought that was pretty rad, since to me, the mention of hormones seemed rather a funny lil sync. 😊
