😢😢👉 Bhaiyya I am struggling since last 8 months for my jee prep. I am 11th std student..my preparation was going average till now..but nowdays I have started wasting my time lot...I am unable to manage my time properly...I am even not able to complete my 4 hrs classes and notes in one day...and also can't able to practice questions and revision 😢 I am trying to back on my preparation properly but I am not able to do it...pls help me..till now I have given my best...almost 60% of my 11th is safe but I am afraid of my ongoing 11th syllabus..will I able to well in this last 3 months or not..? @shreyashcreation3996 Follow these steps (inspired from very famous psycologists and self help books): 1. Make a detailed plan: write the chapters or topics you will have to complete in a month, a week, and a day in the form of a checklist. Don't sleep before you complete the checklist. 2. Make a timetable: follow it religiously. Studies show that when you perform hard work even when you aren't willing to, the part of your Brain concerned with maths, logic, thinking gets stronger and your will power increasing 3. Visualise and meditate: visualise pleasures at iit and also the pleasure you get while studying to increase intrinsic motivation. 4. Perform detox: take breaks without any mobile phone or tv. Just sit or walk idlly with any music or any other distraction. This replenishes mental resources and brings down your dopamine levels, increasing your focus by 400%

Bhai abhi itna time chala gaya koi nahi abhi tujhe woh chapters pe focus karna hai 11th ki jiske concepts 12th mei bhi use hoti hai jaise for example torque basics for first physics unit of 12th ya phir mole concept and GOC in chemistry par baaki saare tuh khud dhundega kyuki tujhe bhi khud ke liye mehnat karni chahiye baaki saare chapters joh bhi Bach jayenge usko tuh 12th mei coverup kar sakta hai. Phir next tujhe sitting hours badhane hai har hafte try kar ek aur ghanta baithne ki achanak se tuh 12 ghante baithne ki koshish karega toh agle din baith hi nahi payega aur notes ki baat karu toh actually tujhe notes nahi chahiye tuh agar aisa soch raha ho ke notes likhte wakt yaad ho jaata hai toh apne rough book mei aise hi likh ke yaad kar le kyuki notes ka kuch fayda nahi hai actual joh tuh cheeze bhul jaata hai woh tujhe yaad karni hai toh isiliye uske liye ek mistake diary bana (mei yeh nahi bol raha notes phaad de mei bol yeh raha hu ke agar tere paas kahi aur se printed notes hai joh aasani se mil jaate hai free mei bhi toh tujhe apne khud ke banane ki zarurat nahi hai) Au last mei apne din ko ya hafte ko track kar apne aap ko ek target de de ke yeh din toh mei yeh ch karunga ya phir yeh hafte yeh ch ho jaane chahiye. Aur tuh iske liye ek notebook banayega na toh tujhe accountability rahegi yeh cheez ki.

Bhaiya marko organic chemistry start karna ha but basic clear nahi ha Either I watch IUPAC, ISOMERISM and GOC whole lecture of Manzil series 2024 or els only watch a one shot by NCERT Walla Bridge course 2024-25 wala or by bharat panchal sir(but mugha unka samaj nahi aata) plz reply now I will start it today night plz bhaiya ASAP I can invest 3-4 days for basics but the question is is it really needed or not
