Definitely, it works like magic and doesn't require a lot of elbow grease. But what else cleans stainless steel pans easily if you can stand the fumes is Easy Off oven cleaner.

Wet pan, add smidge dawn, add baking soda and salt, smear it around, cover with paper towels, add white vingar to just soak paper, let sit 30 min, come back wipe with paper towels, rinse. Videos look promising.
