It’s meant to be high because you are spending all your meter to get the damaged. it’s not free damaged and when you do you go into burn out and you can’t do anything. So it’s fine.

What do you mean precisely? There isn't much to understand. KOFish games are full of offensive tools and moves that allow you to close distances as quickly as possible, putting the defender in a perpetual 50/50 situation (although it would be more correct to say 33-33-33: low, overhead and crossup ). Simplifying the concept as much as possible, one could say that neutrality does not exist in these games.

@@crocodilegamingtv1178 Fatal Fury plays nothing like KOF. It does not have short hops and pressure of the likes of KOF. Neutral is a lot more like SF. As for neutral in KOF, it is about covering a particular part of the screen with normals and disengaging/engaging. Using short hop backwards/forwards blow back attacks (typically priority over air normals although some are slow) to cover space, use standing light if they spam short hops. roll if they try cross up. You have many system tools across the board. It's not your traditional type of neutral, but a systematic one where the player has to look for the opportune moments and avoid getting into bad situations.

I can see they polished some elements of the UI like COUNTER HIT/WILD PUNCH/INVINCIBLE etc, i hope they will polish the health bar as well, it still look amateurish.

It's good speed when you play it. There are tons of mechanics so you need time to react to everything. Let it be what it is meant to be, like Sam Sho. No need for crazy fast speed.
