Take part in councelling you may get in last round. For hostel merit list is prepared and seats are very less so there are very less chance for hostel.

It will not be that easy because you want bcom program and in program people from other streams are also eligible. Your score is just moderate. I would suggest you to keep all options of South campus and off campus colleges.
